One-on-One Coaching offers you the most intensive individualized program, including:

  • Weekly telephone sessions so you can stay on track and have a better chance of reaching your goals.
  • Personalized attention and use of your own client website to record goals and other pertinent information, allowing you to see your progress in black and white!
  • Unlimited email support in-between sessions providing you constant access to me, your coach, to answer all your questions, and cheer you on.
  • A holistic approach to your health and well-being so you can address all aspects of your life, not just the physical side.
  • A compassionate, empathetic, safe and non-judgmental environment. I will teach you to be kind to yourself during the challenging process of change!
  • Continual follow-up even after completion of the coaching program, helping you achieve consistent and long-lasting change.

Most clients achieve the greatest results from an initial six-month program.

After six months, we will determine your needs for ongoing coaching together. I offer total flexibility in creating on-going programs which allow you to cut back on the frequency of telephone sessions while still staying on track to achieve your goals.
