Group Coaching Classes offer an economical way to work on specific lifestyle changes with a like-minded group of individuals.
They are ideal for those who like the camaraderie of working together with others, and the fun of group interaction. Group classes offer:
- 8-12 week sessions targeted towards Weight Loss, Stress Management, Getting in Shape, and Life Work Balance.
- a workbook to reinforce class discussions and record your vision, goals and accomplishments.
- unlimited email support from Ellen in-between classes.
- complete anonymity in classes done on the phone; first names only.
- the ability to communicate with classmates, if desired.
- class recordings to reinforce learning and/or for those who might miss a session.
