    Hi Ellen – I have started the eating breakfast within an hour or so of waking. The only hang up is I go to workout first, then eat as soon ax I get home. The planning ahead thing is KEY!! Such great advice! A lunchable or homemade version with 6. (Portion control) whole wheat crackers, low fat cheese and turkey pepperoni is my favorite lunch right now. 15 grapes. A peeled orange I can eat as I drive from one officer to another. I also love peppers, and will slice up a red pepper and eat them like fries! Thank you for all your advice!!

      You are so very welcome Joan. So glad you are finding the tips helpful. As for working out first, don’t worry. As long as you have the energy to get through your workout without eating before hand, and then refuel as soon as possible post workout, you should be fine! If you do notice you are dragging and feel like you are working out on empty, even a small pre-workout snack, a banana or apple, will help. Keep up the good work. Sounds like you are doing great.
